these are the ingredients we used

  1. carrots
  2. cucumber
  3. avacado
  4. rice
  5. sushi nori
  6. rice vinegar

We like to make sushi for lunch because its easy simple and yummy. I hope you have as much fun making it  as we do!

Oven Fries (vegan + gluten free + no oil)-Recipe

ingredients

  • 2 big potatoes/four small potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin seed
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • tablespoon of lemon juice 

instructions

1. preheat the oven to 400 degrees 

2. wash the potatoes

3. cut them into strips (as long and thin as desired)

4. put the potatoes into a large mixing bowl

5. stir in the cumin seeds, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and nutritional yeast

6. put into a pan 

7. put in the oven

8. stir often at the beginning and once in a while afterwards to prevent sticking

9. cook until desired crispiness  (don’t burn yourself…ask me how I know!)

10. enjoy!
